Disney's Holiday Princess Snow White 1998 Doll Review

Hey everyone 😊
I have an absolutely beautiful Snow White doll to review for all of you doll lovers out there! πŸ˜‰ She is the second doll from the lot that I got a while back. I already reviewed the 1989 Holiday Barbie go check it out if you haven't read it yet! Anyways let me start this review! πŸ˜…

Here is a look at Snow White's gorgeous box. The little blue birds are so cute!

A good look at the back of her box.  This Snow White doll was from 1998 and she was third in Disney's Holiday Princess doll series.πŸ’™πŸŽ„ The series had four dolls Cinderella 1996, Belle 1997, Snow White 1998, and Jasmine 1999 all in Christmas themed gowns.

Love the scene they set Snow White in! 😍 I don't know why but the photos of the doll on the box always look so different from the actual doll. πŸ€”πŸ€¨

Snow White came with a stand, brush, and a pair of high-heeled shoes.

Here she is out of the box. Snow White has the basic articulation which are bent arms, and rubber click knees. Meaning, she can't move that great! 😬 Snow's amazing Holiday ballgown is quite similar to her classic Disney Princess yellow dress.

Snow has light blue eye shadow and red lipstick. Her charming headband has three dark blue berries to match with her dress and two plastic gold leaves. Unfortunately the two ends of the headband are sewn together without any elastic.

Her hair is a little messy and squished in the back. Plus the rubber band that was holding  Snow's hairstyle melted in her beautiful curls! πŸ˜’ She also has a pearl necklace held in place with some tape on the back of her neck.

Snow White's last extra accessory is a faux fur muff. Her hand warmer has an absolutely gorgeous gold ribbon hanging down with the same Christmas decorations that are on her headband. πŸ’–

The hand muff has two small pieces of elastic at both ends of her muff.

Snow's stunning Christmas ballgown looks a lot more simple without her muff. She looks elegant with or without it.

Her high cream colored collar has a very delicate lace trim. The top of Snow White's dress is a beautiful dark blue with three pearls going down the center.πŸ’ŽShe has Juliet sleeves with a diagonal cut on the cuffs.

Snow's golden cape is attached on one side of her gown and the other side has a snap to attach it back on the dress. Her cloak has a nice faux fur trim. Although there is a very weird hole in the middle of it. πŸ˜’ The hole in the middle of her cape is there to hold Snow White's waist with wire when she was in her box. Really sad about the hole, it ruins the whole look of her cloak.
She has white underwear and a petticoat under her Christmas ballgown.

The inside of her lovely gown has two tags.

Snow White also came with an adorable Christmas bunny ornament!πŸ‡ This cute little bunny is rubber and squishy. He wears a charming white scarf that is glued to his head. The scarf has the same decorations that match with Snow's gown.
This rabbit has an adorable face. There is a gold piece of string glued to his head to hang him on the Christmas tree. πŸŽ„ The paint for his sweet eyes are nicely detailed. πŸ’™πŸ° Unfortunately, the way Mattel positioned the bunny he is always looking up. I like to think the reason the bunny is looking up is to look at Snow White. 😊

What do you all think of this gorgeous Snow White doll?! If you have any questions or comments let me know in the comment section down below and thanks for reading! 😘

*Review* Happy Holidays Barbie Doll 1989 πŸŽ„

Today the doll I'm reviewing is super old... No offense Barbie, hopefully she doesn't read this post! πŸ˜…πŸ˜‰

I got this 1989 Holiday Barbie doll in a lot that came with two other dolls. Disney's Holiday Princess 1998 Snow White Doll and Millennium Princess Teresa doll.
I already reviewed the Snow White doll here. Stay tuned for the Millennium Princess Teresa doll review to come!! πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‰
First off to start this review we are going to take a look at her in the box! The front clear display of this box has yellowed probably from sitting in the sun or age. I really like the older Barbie dolls and their boxes, the older Barbies were made better and have a lot more quality to them! Unfortunately the older the doll is the box starts falling apart with age and the rubber bands melt in Barbie's hair! πŸ˜›πŸ˜±

Here is the back of the box. Love the photograph of Barbie!

This pamphlet was taped in the back of the box it is an old Barbie pamphlet showing some of the dolls from around 1989 to farther back in the 80's.

Super Star Barbie and Ken look so cool! 🌟

Barbie really got spoiled! She got a Ferrari and a pool!

Here is the other side of the pamphlet.

These are the accessories that come with Christmas Barbie.

She even comes with a Christmas ornament it's plastic but it's still pretty!

The back of the snowflake ornament is dated 1989 and has Barbie's name.

Barbie out of the box. She is wearing a beautiful white ballgown! πŸ’–This Christmas Barbie doll has the basic articulation bent arms, and rubber click knees. Which isn't really any articulation at all! πŸ˜…

A closeup of her face. Barbie has a snowflake hair accessory at the top of her head that is tied with a red ribbon in the back. The rubber band that ties her hairstyle melted, but the snowflake is still holding it together! Barbie's blonde hair almost reaches her elbows and it still holds a slight curl. She has red earrings that match with her necklace and ring.

Barbie's necklace is held in place with plastic that can be removed. Her dress is sleeveless, and the bodice of her dress had a few glitter stars on it but they sort of faded. πŸ˜•

A closer look at Barbie's ring. Her faux fur wrap is separate from the rest of her dress.

Barbie's outfit consists of three pieces, a glitter underskirt, a faux fur wrap, and her dress trimmed with faux fur.

Here is a look of how Barbie looks without wearing the Glitter underskirt and faux fur wrap. Although I think she looks a lot better with the whole outfit together! 😊😍

A look at the back of her dress.

I thought this photo of Barbie looked like the front of an old Christmas card. πŸŽ„ If  you have any questions or comments let me know in the comment section down below and thanks for reading! 😘 What do you all think of this beautiful Barbie doll?!

*Review* New Barbie Fashionista Doll 22 Chambray Chic - Curvy ~ ~ A Comparison Review!!

Hi everyone!! Today I am going to review this gorgeous girl who I'm naming Catrina. I hope you enjoy this review!! ;D   *Warning* This post contains photos of unclothed dolls so if you don't like seeing unclothed dolls this might not be the post for you. Just warning if you get offended by nude dolls.

Catrina in her box.

On the back of the box is all the new fashionistas that have been or will be released for 2016.

Here is Catrina out of her box.

Closeup of Catrina's face.

Her hair is nice and surprisingly doesn't have that much gel as much as other dolls have had in the past. ;)

Catrina's outfit is cute, but kind of cheap. :( Her dress is made out of thin material and it easily snags to the velcro in the back. So you have to be gentle when taking off her dress.

The top of her outfit has printed buttons, pockets, and Jean detailing. She also comes with a really awesome hot pink belt which adds a little pop of color to her outfit. ;)

Catrina's belt has 3 holes and a peg to fit in one of the holes to fit around your doll's waist. On Catrina's waist it fits on the first hole.

Teresa borrowed Catrina's belt for a quick photo. ;) What I love about her belt is that it can fit on other dolls. :D On Teresa the belt closes on the third hole.

Now we take a look at Catrina's shoes. On the left is Catrina's shoes and the right is Teresa's shoes. I wanted to show you that the Curvy Barbie has bigger feet than an original Barbie.
Original Barbie shoe on the Left Curvy Barbie shoe on the right. They are both the same shoe style, but different sizes. Basically the Curvy Barbie dolls can't fit in any of the original Barbie's shoes because her feet are a little bigger than an original Barbie. :(

Here is Catrina with her clothes off. Unfortunately Catrina is not articulated, I'm hoping Mattel will make these dolls articulated in the future. ;)

Side view. Poor Apple looks like she needs to eat a little more.

OK no more photos of dolls unclothed. ;) Now lets see what Catrina can wear since she has a bigger waist than original Barbie. The red dress above is from Barbie. It's a brand new outfit and, I was very surprised that it fit Catrina. The dress is a little snug but it fits.

This Sparkle Girlz dress fits perfectly on Catrina.
This is a vintage Barbie dress from Barbie's best friend Midge.

This dress is from a style Barbie.

Some of Barbie's clothes fit on Catrina, but most of the dresses will not close all the way.

Catrina fits perfectly in this super cute Barbie shirt. Unfortunately I couldn't find any pants or skirts that could fit her. :(
I'm really glad that Mattel is branching out and trying different body types for Barbie. :D  Not everyone looks the same. Some people are petite, tall, and have different colored skin.

It is important for every girl or anybody to know that God made you unique!! God made all of us different and he loves each and every one of us just the way we are! ;D

Thanks for reading I hope you all enjoyed this review!!! Let me know down below in the comment section if you have any questions or comments. I would love to hear what you all think.
