Haul πŸ“¦πŸ‘— of Retired American Girl Doll Outfits

Hey everyone, finally time for a new post! πŸ˜„πŸŽ‰ Bought some adorable retired AG doll clothing from another collector. A few of these outfits are actually really old and they are from Pleasant Company! 😍

Cutie (a.k.a) Kirsten: "Help me get out of this box, Jasmine! I need to put on my new outfit!" Jasmine: "I'm trying it's not easy for me you know, we don't have elbows!!"πŸ™„                Saige: 🀨"Cutie, you could have just got your dress out of the box instead of jumping in..." Jasmine: "You could help us, Saige!" Saige: " I will in a minute I just want to try on my dress first." Cutie: πŸ™„πŸ˜’ Enjoy the mini story πŸ˜‰ now onto the review!

First outfit we have Jamie Grace 🎀🎢 modeling is Saige's Sparkle Dress. This dress retired in 2014 when GOTY 2013 (Saige) retired.

This beautiful sliver flower necklace is included with the dress. Love the flower that is printed on the necklace.🌻

The shoes that come with her dress are these stunning gold cowgirl boots. With the same flower design that is on the necklace, a very nice detail! ( excuse her stand...) πŸ˜…πŸ˜‰
Next outfit that we have here on Madison🌺 is the Shimmery Golden Dress,πŸ’› released in 2003 and retired in 2004 I believe it was a Christmas dress. Items included with this dress: mini clips, faux pearl necklace, and flat shoes.

A closer look at the necklace and it even has a magnetic closure. Love that this necklace is so easy to put on my doll.

Amazing amount of detail on this gorgeous dress! ✨Rhinestone brooches on the sash, mini gems on the skirt, and bell sleeves. 😍

The gold flats that match the dress have cute little bows on them.

MayπŸ₯‹is wearing the next outfit called the Chocolate Cherry Outfit released in 2005 and retired in 2007
(can you tell the dolls are getting ready for Christmas early)πŸŽ„πŸ˜‰

The removable faux leopard fur collar comes with the dress. The collar has this beautiful flower rhinestone brooch and the cuffs of the dress match the collar.

Shoes included match the dress quite nicely.

KirstenπŸ’™ is wearing her School Outfit that was released in 1986 and retired in 2009 when she retired.

Here is a full view of her school outfit. The dress has nice pleats and the cuffs open and close with velcro. The velcro makes it a lot easier getting her arms through the sleeves! πŸ˜… The plaid shawl also comes with the outfit.

CelesteπŸŽ™πŸŽΌ (My Melody doll) is wearing the last outfit which is called the Perfectly Plaid Outfit. Released in 1999 and retired in 2001 items included with this outfit: knit sweater, blue denim sleeveless top, plaid skirt, a star necklace, grey socks, and black shoes.

This sage green sweater has a roll hem at the wrists, hem, and collar and does not have Velcro it pulls over the doll's head. ( it was very easy to put on) The star necklace has a ball chain it was a little hard to put on Celeste.

The plaid skirt zips up the side and her shoes have nice buckles on the top.

Ending this post with my adorable cat Sam 🐈he wanted to help us open the package! πŸ˜‚ Thank you for reading this post and write down your thoughts in the comments down below.    P.S. Make sure to check out our YouTube video below to see more details of each outfit shown in this post. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘‡πŸ½

*REVIEW* LORD of the RINGS| ARWEN'S CORONATION DRESS for AMERICAN GIRL DOLLS| From ETSY SHOP: RAINBOW LILY DESIGNS

Today I have another beautifully made Arwen gown by Rainbow Lily Designs.
A reproduction of Lady Arwen's Coronation Gown from The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King movie. Modeled by my beautiful doll Maryellen. ;) She insisted on her being in this dress, since Saige was in the last one! ;D

Here is the actual dress made for The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King movie. Isn't it just gorgeous?!! I'm a huge LOTR fan if you couldn't tell already! ;D

Rainbow Lily's Arwen dress is pretty close to the real one.

This is Arwen's dress that the doll's dress is based off of.  Arwen wears this dress when she finally reunites with Aragorn. This scene always makes me teary-eyed!

Aimee a.k.a. Rainbow Lily Designs did an absolutely amazing job on the trim! The sliver trim at the very top is such an elegant detail on this gown which is very similar to the actual Arwen gown worn in the movie.

I found this image on Google of the actual Arwen gown from the movie. I kind of feel sorry for the poor seamstress who made this dress it must have taken days. Unfortunately the details of this lovely Arwen costume was barely shown in the movie.
I really love how the trim on this lovely dress frames Maryellen's face! Doesn't Maryellen look sweet in this Arwen gown?

Another detail that I really like about this dress is that the trim encircles the entire neckline and both sleeves. The dress also closes in the back with velcro.

Arwen's Coronation Gown is made from a pale green satin that is pretty close to the original color of the actual movie costume. The material of this gown is very full and flowing.

Both the sleeves of the gown have two fabrics the pale green satin and the white under sleeve.

The sleeves can be folded up or gracefully hung down.

Here is some extra pictures I took. I just had to keep taking photos of this amazing Arwen gown!!

I honestly wish this dress was in my size!

Overall I give this Arwen costume 10 out of 10 stars! The pale green satin is very beautiful. I would have also loved to see it made with a light green velvet although light green velvet is probably very hard to find.

I hope you all enjoyed this review! I certainly enjoyed reviewing this amazing replica of Arwen's Coronation Dress from The Return of the King movie. Let me know down below in the comments what you thought of this wonderful dress!

*Review* Lord of the Rings| Arwen's Blue Dress for American Girl Dolls| From Etsy Shop: Rainbow Lily Designs

Today I have an absolutely stunning gown made by Rainbow Lily Designs to show all of you!! A reproduction of Lady Arwen's dress from The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King movie.

This is Arwen's dress that the doll's dress is based off of. Arwen wears this dress when she travels out of Rivendell to go to the Gray Havens but she turns back when she sees a vision of her son. All you LOTR fans know what I'm talking about!
Okay now onto the review of this lovely gown!
Now you can order the dress with or without a mini version of Lady Arwen's Evenstar necklace. I ordered the necklace with mine isn't it gorgeous?!! ;D

A closer look at the Evenstar pendant on my beautiful model, Saige. I just love doll jewelry!πŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’ž

Here is a full view of her dress, it almost covers Saige's feet. Rainbow Lily's reproduction of Arwen's dress is very well made, and it looks very close to the real dress. The main part of this elegant dress is made of blue velvet.

The sleeves on this dress are made with a nice white sheer fabric. Both of the bottom of the sleeves have detailed stitches to prevent unraveling! Her sleeves can be folded over or just hang down below the Saige's waist.

I just love how Saige's blue eyes match with her gown! πŸ’ž The neckline is also perfectly placed!

Beautiful sequin trim encircles the top of the neckline and the upper part of the sleeves. I love how elegant the sliver sequin trim goes exquisitely with the blue velvet and white sheer fabric in this garment.

This is how her dress looks without her Evenstar pendant. I honestly like the dress better with Arwen's necklace!

Dressing Saige in this gown was simple enough but you must be careful getting the doll's hands through the sleeves because of the delicate nature of the sequin trim. Arwen's gown closes nicely with velcro in the back. You can also put this dress on a Pleasant Company doll and it is not tight!

I hope you all enjoyed this review! I certainly enjoyed reviewing this amazing replica of Arwen's Blue dress from the LOTR movies! Let me know down below in the comments what you thought of this wonderful dress! P.S. here is a little sneak peek of the next review, Arwen's Coronation dress. ;)
